I really should of came forward about this earlier, but I might not have the Summer Witch done on time for the solstice. Might just be a little late (unlike my little assignment for Duels of Matrimony which is basically written but I need to put it all together XD)
After all this time I am not satisfied with my ideas for what a summer witch would actually do. Like Harmony helps do good deeds and spreads joy and such. Newlyn renews and things. What would a Summer witch do over the summer? Like what service could she render to the world? If I get that idea that I like I might manage to type it out in time, but I assume that no one will mind.
I have this idea that is a party animal, but I don't want her to be a Dionysus necessarily. Well, idk again I am coming to you guys for help. If anyone has any suggestions that don't involve murder or other crimes I'll be glad to hear them ^^
The idea is sort of modern world fairy tale, and it does not have to have romance nor transformation.

Winter Wrap Up, Writing Status, one bad news

I need to do these more. So, I want to get the bad news out of the way and it won't affect too many of you I think, but I hate to announce that after at this point years of battling with myself to continue with Arin the Genie stories or restart it with refinements I think I might retire the series. It was a good first attempt at what I was trying to do, but I was writing by the seat of my pants and I did it back when I was first coming into writing so I made many mistakes that are hard to take back. Furthermore, when I imagined rewriting the tale, I felt it detracted from Arin as a character and my thoughts for her with my ideas I had

Happy New Year everyone!
So, as of now, I sit at 291 watchers. This is awesome! I can’t believe so many people watch me.
I enjoy writing, and I am glad that so many are patient enough to put up with my long production time.
Once again my New Years Resolution is to be more productive. So many thoughts, so little time. I can be more communicative with you fine folks, and I am back in graduate school following a labor of love, masters in public history. I’m a fool XD

Sun and heat is important for crops and the natural world, even though summer by its very nature gives plenty of that. Rain is terribly important and comes in less supply, despite the humidity.
Comfort and rest at the end of a long, hot day? The nights are short, and more precious because of that?
